Ingredients

Serves 3-4 servings
  1. 300 gground meat (mixed or beef)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 1 pieceginger
  6. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  7. 3/4 cupwater (200cc)
  8. 3 tablespoonsred wine (50cc)
  9. 1 tablespoonsauce
  10. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  11. Salt and pepper, to taste
  12. 1 tablespoonmilk
  13. 2-3 piecescurry roux

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the garlic, ginger, onion, and carrot♪

    Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the ground meat and cook♪

    Add the onion and carrot, and sauté until they soften♪

    Add the ingredients marked with ● and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes♪
