Summer Salmon
At the market, the tomatoes are starting to look pretty good, so I picked up a few. I was in the mood for salmon and got a small tail-end fillet chunk. The salmon set me thinking that dill might work with tomatoes. I'm not sure why I thought to brown the butter, but it makes sense in hindsight. There was an element missing, so I found some Greek yogurt in the fridge and added dill, but it was lacking. Tried salt and pepper. There was a definite improvement, but not quite there. A touch of horseradish sealed the deal. It made sense to use the, "tomato story," bowl I got at Daiso, a Japanese dollar store near my house. Pretty satisfied with the results overall. I'd put it on a menu.

From Canada: Maple Salmon Bake for Bento
I made a bento with regional ingredients and seasonings. Salmon and maple syrup are food specialties of Canada and I wanted to use them in a Japanese/Canadian themed bento. It's a little on the sweet side to really bring out the maple flavour. Adjust to your liking. For 1 serving. Recipe by saki1010

I love baked salmon, but I'm a grill master these days. It's not my exact recipe, but this is good enough to share.

Easy salmon recipe
I love this salmon you can melt a big one or little individual pieces with this simple recipe!

Honey glazed salmon
Bought wild sockeye salmon from trader Joe's (honestly not the best quality, but acceptable) and want to give "honey glazed salmon" a try. So I googled and read several recipes to get some ideas and came up my own version. Trader Joe's only has skin-on fresh salmon so this recipe is for skin-on version and I have some hard time to remove the skin myself. If you have skinless salmon, then cook both sides for 3 minutes instead.

Honey glazed pecan salmon
This baked salmon with a crunchy topping takes just 20 minutes to make, yet it’s elegant enough for company. If you’re looking for an easy dinner that’s actually healthy, this easy salmon recipe is for you! It is ideal for busy Ramadan evenings when you are tired at the end of a long day and wondering what to make for iftar dinner. This is one of those recipes that you end surprised how delicious it is with only a max of 20 minutes of effort. This salmon recipe is very versatile. You can use virtually any kind of nut such as walnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc. Also, you can use maple syrup instead of honey or any variation of the two. Feel free to substitute another type of fish like cod, trout or striped bass. Remember to adjust the cooking time according to the type of fish you use.Fresh salmon coated with honey, and lemon juice, then topped with finely chopped pecans; YUMMY!

Maple Sugar on Toast
I ate a maple-flavored sugar toast and it was so good that I just had to try to make it myself! This is what I came up with.Because of the maple sugar, if you toast it for too long, it will burn. So, please toast lightly. Recipe by Maron828

Sweet Salmon

Honey & Mustard glazed Salmon
Salmon, what can I possibly say about this besides that it is so healthy to eat. Packed with Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, healthy healthy healthy! My husband and I are really not big on eating fish, but he does enjoy eating fried or baked Sardines once in a while, and he is sipping a glass of Ouzo. Me, nope I don’t eat fried fish, and definitely not a Ouzo person, 😉 I stick to the Salmon, Shrimps, Tuna, Calamari, thinking if I left something out that I do eat. Nope, that’s about it. 🙂This is a great recipe if you love Salmon so easy and so delicious. Just add this tasty sauce and bake…great for quick lunch or dinner. You can also use this recipe in a lovely green salad. Let the Salmon cool completely then just separate into small pieces add into your salad and a bit of Olive Oil and it is ready to eat.I love salads and one thing I always do even if I am adding a Salad dressing, I always add a bit of Olive Oil into my salads.
