Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsbesan
  2. 4green chillies chopped
  3. 1big onion thinly chopped
  4. 1 tablespooncoriander leaves chopped
  5. 1/4 tspfruit salt
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/4 tspcarom seeds

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add besan, chopped onion, coriander leaves, chopped chillies,carom seeds,salt and mix well.Add little water.

    Add fruit salt and activate it.Mix well.

  3. 3

    In a iron karahi heat oil.Make bhajiya and fry till golden brown.

    Serve hot with fried chillies.
