    Cream butter and brown sugar until well combined

    Add in flour in two portions just until flour is properly incorporated. Don't over mix.

    Roll out between parchment sheets, place in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Take the dough off the parchment paper, cut out desired shapes with a cookie cutter.

  5. 5

    Place on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes at 160 degrees celsius.

  6. 6

    Leave to cool completely before handling.
