I liked this! I used jumbo biscuits and cut them in half. They cooked fast the first time before I could get the sausage in. The next time I added the cook sausage at the same time as the egg and baked for 15 mins. Perfect! I can easily see how a few adjustments in ingredients could make great pizza snacks.

Great recipe. I did make my own version using croissants instead of biscuits, sausage instead of bacon, eggwhites instead of whole eggs and did not add the milk. It was still incredibly good.

I used the bacon fat to sautee some veggies. froze the left overs for a quick breakfast on the go.

I enjoyed making this easy meal with my daughter we had fun with it. we also looked at a can of cinnamon muffins and figured this should work too, it did. The cinnamon rolls instead of regular biscuits gave it a French toast like taste.

Egg'celent! This was really yummy and something else my son was able to help me make. The only thing is I used an 8-pack package of biscuits and would look for 12 next time as we had more egg than we needed. However, the egg-cess will be ready for omelets tomorrow morning! I appreciated how easy these were to bake and clean up after.

I didnt use biscuits or any type of dough and I cooked onion and sweet peppers and added to egg mixture before placing in muffin pan. Topped with bacon pieces too!!! Yummy!!. . . . . :-)

My cups turned out great. Maybe I let them cook too long...not sure if eggs were supposed to be on the bottom, but explaining the "magic" to my son was awesome.

Love! Used what I had on hand.. sliced bread,american cheese and Hormel bacon pieces. Scaled it down to make just 2 muffins. Delicious ate them both!!!

the weekend kids favorite breakfast.. they pour syrup pver it and eat at least 5 so i did the grands buscuits in large muffin tin now they only eat 3. lol. :) i did sausage instead of bacon and it was awesome as usual!
