I omitted the sugar, used apple cider vinegar and added fresh chopped basil. I've already made this twice in less than a week. :) Very good!

i would use small cucumbers or 1large one next time. it has a hint of sweetness and all the other flavors pop as well. this recipe is very versitle and you can add just about anything to it.
