Easy Soft Boiled Eggs
I order the seasoned eggs separately at ramen noodle shops. It's 100 yen each, which is expensive! So I thought of making it at home.Be careful when peeling the eggs. They are very soft. You don't need tons of marinade when you use a ziploc bag and seal the air out. Recipe by Maki Kaoru

Soft boiled eggs
I love soft boiled eggs. They're versatile, beautiful, easy to make, and most importantly, delicious. They make perfect toppers to dishes like salads, and the brunch sandwich in the picture above. Cook time depends on how runny you want them.

Easy Soft-Boiled Eggs
Be sure to bring the eggs to room temperature. If the temperature of the eggs is too low, the eggs will crack. You can probably make up to 5 eggs at a time this way. Recipe by Okooko

Stir-Fried Broccoli and Eggs
The "Stir-Fried Eggs, Pork and Tree Ear Mushrooms" I ate at a Chinese restaurant was so delicious that I wanted to make a simple variation only using broccoli and eggs. The recipe uses a lot of oil when stir-frying because it's Chinese cuisine.I didn't use soy sauce or oyster sauce because I wanted a colorful dish.* How to make fluffy scrambled eggs: beat the eggs well, heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan. Add the eggs and scramble quickly. Remove from the heat while the egg is still runny or still a lump.* Stir-frying with oil adds to the umami-rich taste of broccoli.* I also recommend adding thinly sliced pork offcuts and scallions!* This is also good with Weipa (Chinese soup base) and chicken stock. Easy Simmered Daikon Radish and Soft Boiled Eggs
I just came up with this, using what I had in my kitchen. You can use atsuage instead of fish paste sticks if you like.If you would prefer the eggs to have a stewed texture, don't simmer them, just let them cook on residual heat. The dashi stock will give them a nice color. This is also nice made with chicken wings. See.Step 1: Parboil the radish in the microwave for 3 minutes. Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking.Step 2: If you would like the eggs to have a stewed texture, shorten the boiling time.Step 3: Let it simmer with the lid on. The flavours will blend deliciously when it cools down, so let it cool, then reheat before eating. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Seasoned Soft-Boiled Eggs
Take a look at my blog here:http://ameblo.jp/cooking-s-papa/entry-11216035074.html-When you're cutting simmered boiled eggs, it works well if you cut them while placed on the palms of your hands (be careful not to cut yourself).-You can adjust the hardness of the egg yolks. I boiled the eggs for 6 minutes in the picture.-You can marinate the eggs in the sauce from simmered pork. They'll turn out delicious this way as well.("Simmered pork" Recipe by Cooking S Papa

Broccoli and Scrambled Egg Mayonnaise Salad

Stuffed and Colored Hard-Boiled Eggs with Asparagus
Under a spring sky, in a nest of asparagus, rest the eggs, dyed with herbs, fragile masterpieces. Carefully colored in shades of green and sun, they hide within a heart of multiple flavors. The rich and savory tuna mixes with the golden yolk, creamy cheese, and capers dance in a salty embrace. In every bite, an Easter story unfolds, an edible work of art, in a beautiful shell. So, as the family gathers and joy spreads, the Easter eggs tell of traditions that time does not hide. And in every smile, in every laugh that fills the air, life is celebrated, and spring gently unfolds.

Easy Roast Pork (with Soft-Boiled Eggs)
I made this roast pork with pork belly. When you need more cooking liquid, add sake, soy sauce, mirin and sugar in the same ratio. If you transfer any remaining cooking liquid to a clean container, it will keep in the refrigerator for at least a month, and be reused again to cook another batch of pork. The sauce can also be used to flavor fried rice, ramen, or grilled meats. For 4 servings. Recipe by Osakuntochiisan
