It really is perfect. Tried to take a picture when it was first done, but it didn't last very long, I added 2 chopped jalapeños to this. Used an 8x8 glass baking pan. I would grease it next time.

Made this last night in cast iron skillet! Pre heated in oven with bacon drippings... So moist! Delicious!
