Egg topped Bacon Mushroom Aspargas

Ingredients

  1. 1olive oil for brushing
  2. 9 ozfresh aspargas
  3. 2 largemushrooms, sliced
  4. 3 1/2 slicebacon , cut in half shortways
  5. 1black pepper
  6. 1/4 tspthyme, dried
  7. 4 largeeggs
  8. 1salt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Brush bottom and sides of a casserole dish with olive oil.

  3. 3

    Place aspargas on bottom of casserole and lay mushrooms on top.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with thyme. Lay bacon accross top to cover and sprinkle with pepper.

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered for 45 min. Top with egg, sprinkle egg with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Bake for another 10-20 until egg is cooked to your liking. Remove from oven break yolks and stir it up!

  7. 7

    Place on plate and serve!
