Every other row is the strawberry recipe shown here. Those covered w/ cards are a vanilla recipe. The strawberry cc’s are actually my second batch in less than 24 hrs. I tried to sub for almond milk; cc’s did not expand as usual. It could also be that I over mixed the batter but the first batch of cupcakes did not come out well. They taste good but definitely recommend using whole milk.

I’ve made this for over a year and it’s the only recipe I’ll use when making a scratch strawberry cake! 🤤 My only curiosity is how will the cake change in cook time if I want to add more strawberry purée? Is that possible? ❤️❤️❤️
