Ingredients

  1. 1 headcabbage cut
  2. 2each zucchini
  3. 1/4 tspground ginger
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1 dashgarlic powder
  6. 3 dashbalsamic vinegar
  7. 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  8. 2 dashChipotle chili powder
  9. 1salt crushed black pepper
  10. 1soy sauce
  11. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin or less
  12. 2 tbspwhite sugar

    Cut cabbage and zucchini

  2. 2

    Add oil and vegetables to pan. Season with spices listed above. Heat till desired texture. remove from heat and eat.

    I like mine just warmed up so I turn it on high for about 3 minutes turn off and cover. Till I'm ready to eat.

    You can add different things like carrots, water chestnuts, pepper or even meat to make it a simple meal.

    Note: taste as you go to adjust your spices.
