Mix all dry and wet in together and knead. Use rolling pin and flatten. Cut and fold on canoli tube and fry. Allow to cool

Mix all other ingredients for the fillings expect the groundnuts

When cream. Put in a piping bag and pipe shells. Sprinkle your groundnuts
