  1. 1 1/4 cupyellow cornmeal
  2. 3/4 cupwhole wheat flour
  3. 1/4bread flour
  4. 1 tbspbaking powder
  5. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1 tspsea salt
  7. 2eggs
  8. 2 tbspraw honey or more to glaze top
  9. 1 cupbuttermilk
  10. 1/2 cupmilk
  11. 1/2 cupfresh or frozen corn
  12. 1/3 cupslightly cooked onion

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400. Heat cast iron for 5 minutes. Pour mix and bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Add honey at last 5 minutes.
