Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsoak moong dal
  2. 2 piecesmoong dal papad
  3. 2green chilli
  4. 2" ginger finely chopped
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Put soak moong dal,green chilli,ginger in grinder and make rough paste.

  2. 2

    Put the paste in a bowl and add chilli powder,Coriander powder,salt in it and mix it well.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry papad and give it in wrapper shape

  4. 4

    Put the small amount of paste in oil for making pakoda or vada and fry till it brown

  5. 5

    Put vada in wrap and serve it with green pudina chutney.
