Ingredients

  1. 1red onion
  2. 1 Tsalt
  3. 1 Tsugar
  4. 1/2 Cwhite vinegar
  5. 1/2 Cwater

Cooking Instructions

    Combine salt, sugar, water, and vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve. Add onions. Let sit for 1 hour.
