  3. 1/2 table spoonYeast
  4. clovesGinger and
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. Seasoning
  7. Onion and dried pepper
  8. Oil for deep fraying

    Soak millet with hot water for about 30 minutes,wash and remove stones, sand and other particles..

    Heat oil and scoop the batter using kitchen spoon,when the edges turn golden brown flip until perfectly done. Serve with ground kuli-kuli or spicy pepper.
