Ingredients

  1. I derica of beans
  2. Tatashe
  3. Fresh chilli pepper
  4. Green pepper
  5. cubesSeasoning
  6. Onions
  7. Boiled Liver
  8. Fresh boiled Titus fish
  9. 1/4 bottlegroundnut oil
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Moimoi leaves for wrapping

Cooking Instructions

    Wash,remove the skin of the beans.

  2. 2

    Blend beans with tatashe and chilli pepper.

  3. 3

    Cut the onions, green pepper, eggs and liver as desired.

  4. 4

    Add a cup of water to the blended beans, add salt, seasoning cubes, oil stir and add the diced onions, green pepper, egg and liver. Stir

  5. 5

    Wrap in moimoi leaves and put in a steamer or a pot with the moimoi stick at the bottom or in mugs and steam for 15-20 mins.
