Dirty Deviled Eggs

My family has handed this recipe down for at least 3 generations and it's a huge family staple at our holidays. The theory behind this is the dirtier a martini the more olive juice so it's the same with these dirty deviled eggs.
However that being said I don't know actual measurements you kind of have to mix and taste to your liking. So the measurements I listed are guesstimates.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Hard boil the eggs with 1-2 tbs bakins soda or powder in the water (this helps peel the shells off) once cooked peel, rinse in cold water. Halve the eggs separating the yolk into a bowl and put the whites on trays.
- 2
Add celery seed and cayenne pepper to yolks. Use a fork to mix together well and crumble up the yolk.
- 3
Add your mayonnaise (a bit at a time so as to not overdo it), then add Worchestshire sauce, yellow mustard and mix. Now it will be thick...you now pour in the olive juice from the jar of Olive to thin it out. Use adding bits more of mayo and even a few more dashes of Worchestshire sauce, mustard etc. to keep the mixture taste on point until the desired consistency is reached. The key to this "dirty" recipe is the olive juice being prominent (think dirty martini)
- 4
Once the yolk is the consistancy you desire put into halved egg whites. I use a melon baller but to each their own. Once done you then take the olives and cut them in half. You put one half an olive on top of the yolk if each egg. Sprinkle with paprika and serve! (We tend to go a bit heavy on the paprika)

I love deviled eggs and had made something similar to these for a cousin's baby shower many moons ago. I was making loaded twice baked potatoes at the same time recently for a friend's hog roast and decided to combine the two ideas! These are now a regular favorite! #onerecipeonetree #mycookbook #deviledeggs #loaded #loadedeggs #eggs Chef Mommy Nessa -

Deviled Eggs Deviled Eggs
I love deviled eggs. I don't like the overpowering taste of mayonnaise or miracle whip. I use as little as possible to allow the egg taste to manifest itself. For a half dozen eggs (dozen halves), I use about 3 tspns, just enough to bind the filling. Use more if needed for consistency, not all eggs are the same size, and the amount needed may vary a bit. alley927cat -

Deviled Eggs Deviled Eggs
These are just simple deviled eggs. Never had a written recipe always went off taste. Another one I learned from my mom. And ever since mom and dad had chickens, and we have had fresh eggs they are even better. I do half with pickles and half with olives. No need to add salt the !mustard pickles and/or olives gives it plenty of salt. Rachel Gandee -
Devilishly Deviled Eggs Devilishly Deviled Eggs
Started making these for family functions more then 10 years ago and each year I omit or add something new. This year I have discovered Sriracha and I think they are perfect. All of the above ingredients (seasonings) can be lessened or added to. I never measure I always just add to taste depending on who I am making them for.I do not add green olives to all because not everyone likes them. So if you are looking for deviled eggs with a little kick check these out anubisntealc -
