Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1 1/3 tbspnyeast
  3. 1/2tspn baking powder
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 3 tbspnsugar
  6. Veg oil
  7. For the minced meat
  8. Minced meat
  9. Onion
  10. Attaruhu
  11. Seasoning
  12. Spices
  13. Fresh chopped parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice and soak it for 4-5 hours, blend it until you have a smooth paste

  2. 2

    In a bowl pour in 1/4 of the batter and add boiling water to it, like you are making pap. Then pour it back into the remaining sinasir batter

    Add the yeast, salt, sugar, baking powder and stir very well until well coperate

  4. 4

    Cover and keep in a warm place for one hour to raise.

    Put pan on medium heat and drizzle veg oil use laddle to pour in Thr sinasir batter into the pan and allow it to cook *note* 'don't fry both side ' and your sinasir is ready

    For the minced meat... Put pot on heat and add minced meat, spring onion attaruhu seasoning and spices at a little water and allow it to cook until there is no more water in it add parsley and stir...add in corn flour paste and turn off the heat

  7. 7

    In a large pan drizzle veg oil add your cooked minced meat

  8. 8

    Chop the sinasir into chunks add it to the Cooked minced meat cover and turn off the heat....your sinasir chunks with minced meat is ready.
