  1. 2 cupsromaine lettuce leaves, shredded
  2. 2 medium cucumbers, small dice
  3. 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1/2 cupparsley, coarse chopped
  5. 1/4 cupmint leaves
  6. 1/2 green bell peppers, diced, 1 green pepper can be used
  7. 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  8. 1 bunch red radish, finely sliced
  9. 1 bunch arugula leaf
  10. 1/2 broccoli, sliced,1 green brocoli can be used
  11. 2 teaspoonsumac
  12. 2 piecespita bread, toasted until golden brown, broken into pieces the size of a quarter
  13. Dressing
  14. 1/2 cuplemon juice
  15. 1/2 cupolive oil
  16. 1/4 cuppomegranate paste
  17. 2 clovesgarlic
  18. 1 teaspoonsalt, or to taste
  19. pinch of pepper

    In a small bowl mix all dressing ingredients well.

    Put all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss with 1/2 to 1 cup dressing.
