I loved this idea! I changed it up a bit though. I fallowed the recipe with 2 exceptions. 1 my mom is diabetic so instead of regular brown sugar I used Splendas baking brown sugar. And since it's just 1 day away from the 4th of July, instead of using just raspberries I used a berry medley that had raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries! And I didn't have a mini muffin tin so I made 7 regular size muffins ( because that is how many muffin liners I had) (( muffins not pictured because they were devoured almost the min. They came out of the oven)) and made the rest in a 8×8 Pyrex. But it was marvelous!
