Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPlain Flour
  2. 8 spoongranulated sugar
  3. 11/2 tspdry yeast
  4. 1/4 tspnutmeg
  5. 1/3 cupwarm milk
  6. 1/4 cupwarm water
  7. 1 spoonbutter room temperature
  8. 1egg
  9. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pour yeast in mixing bowl add water,milk,sugar, nutmeg and mix lightly add salt and mix until sugar is dissolved. Then add egg and mix Thoroughly

    Sift flour into mixture,mix and knead until smooth batter this should take 5-6 minutes

  3. 3

    When batter is smooth add butter, and knead until smooth and elastic dough

  4. 4

    Place in an oiled bowl and allow to double in size

  5. 5

    Knead the dough and roll, then cut into shape and allow to rise again

  6. 6

    Then fry
