Peel out the back of the mango,pour into a blender and blend till smooth.

Add in milk and continue to blend,add little water if it's too thick and add your sugar and continue to blend. If it's smooth, pour into a cup and add some ice cubes, serve chill😋

Mango Dalia is a sweet porridge made with broken wheat, milk and mangoes. My mother used to make this sweet porridge for breakfast and I used to save some and had it after dinner as a dessert. It is a great way to use mangoes which are very healthy and nutritious. I don't use any sweetner for this Dalia as mango puree provides the sweetness and creamy texture as well. But sometimes the mangoes are not sweet enough and you have to add a little sugar or any other sweetner to enhance the taste.This porridge is a great way to start your day. Broken wheat provides all the benefits of a grain, mangoes provide the nutrients of a fruit and milk is a great source of calcium and protein. Together they make a complete healthy breakfast meal. Fluffy and light bouncy chiffon cake + creamy mango lava = PERFECTIt not only looks great but also tastes amazing (seriously, one of the best). Skip sago if you don’t have one. The texture does not match that well with the fluffy cake anyway so I just added a little.I made 2 versions of mango lava in the video—thick and liquidish. The thick one is a little tricky to make. It may not flow as smoothly as the liquidish one does so it takes some luck and patience. Lift up the cake collar soon after you add the mango lava; otherwise the mango lava may stick to the collar and make it even harder to drop. Since last year, I've become a big fan of mango desserts. I figured it would taste great in a drink too, so I gave it a go. It was so good, so I uploaded the recipe.Be sure to freeze the mango well and to use very cold milk.Even though you can find canned mango, the varieties I have listed in the recipe will probably give a better result.I used 10 g of sugar, but adjust to your preferences.
