Ingredients

  1. Tamarind
  2. 1handsfull fresh mint leaves
  3. Thumb size ginger
  4. Lemon
  5. Honey or sugar
  6. For th puff puff
  7. 1 cupflour
  8. 1 tablespoonssugar
  9. 1 teaspoonyeast
  10. Halfteaspoon baking powder
  11. 1 pinchsalt
  12. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pot add your washed tamarind and water set on fire an allow to boil

    After it has boiled sieve it and add sugar an lemon then blend ginger and mint leaves together sieve nd pour into the tamarind and add honey and ice cubes,garnish wit lemon slice nd mint leaves

  3. 3

    For the puff puff sieve flour in a bowl add yeast sugr salt baking powder n mix with warm water then put it in a warm place and allow it to rise after it has risen deep fry in a hot oil.
