Aku pernah juga masak edamame, tapi direbus pake garem dikit. Pas diangkat langsung dimasukkan ke air es jadi warnanya masih cerah :D

Bawang merah, cabe rawit dan tomat iris ditumis dulu; lalu masukkan air sedikit, rebus mie, telur dan seledri. Bumbunya dimasukin belakangan.Malah melenceng dari resep aslinya :))Tapi mirip kok. Kental & lezat. :)
