  • One very large onion diced into equal small pieces and mainly gently fried in Two tablespoons of Olive Oil within it's own small non-stick Frying Pan and too make the Beef Gravy just add 4 heaped teaspoons of Beef Gravy Granules too a measurement jug and then add 300ml of boiling hot water from the Electric Kettle - stir - and then add the cooked Gravy too the cooked onions within the small Frying Pan . Gently simmer for a little while and then add half too your cooked Sausages and cooked Mashed potatoes Add comment

  • A Plain Flatbread - no need too put Olive Oil on the bottom of the Baking Tray and put Olive Oil over the top of the raw flattened out bread - the dough contains a lot of Olive Oil already . Did repeatedly finger the raw flattened out bread rather than fork it over . If greasing the raw flattened out bread , then it is best too eat it straight from out of the oven Add comment
