This was really good. I adapted it a bit. To save some time I fried the chicken for a bit before and then set it aside. I also added a bit of butter whilst doing the onions and only added about two thirds of a cup of water in the last phase so I didn't have to cook it for so long (easier for cooking after a day at work). Great dinner, fun to cook and the house smells beautiful now. Thanks for a great recipe.
