Wanted ro tey something new and my son picked bacon weapped pork chops. I found rhis recipe and it was delicious! I wrapped butterfly porkchops with thick cut bacon about six strips each chop. I baked them on 400 for about 50 min the broiled them for ten. The bottoms were a bit soggy so i put my cast iron in the stove and sizzled the bottoms. Theybwere perfect!
