I really like this. No salt. I did toss in a few things that I had left over from making a salad. Will become my go-to veg stock recipe.

This time on homemade ciabatta with a simple kale salad. I used all Zhenjiang vinegar and cut the soy and salt. Trying to reduce my sodium. I've made this many times. Good as ever!

Quite a good twist on spaghetti. I did adjust my tsp size for the hot sauce. You can see it in the pic. 😉

Made the black bean version, swapped half of the soy sauce with Zhenjiang vinegar. Exactly what I like in a veggie burger - it's not trying to be meat it's just being its quite tasty self!

Turned out well. Stole your score from another bread, hope you don't mind. I baked this in a clay baking pot since my ovens are old and don't have steam. Giving it a rest now, but eager to try!
