Ingredients

  1. Khichri Ingredients...!
  2. Oil half cup
  3. Onion 1 Sliced
  4. Green Chilies 10-12 (Cut Lightly Lengthwise)
  5. 250 gMix (Split Green lentils & Split Red lentils)
  6. Rice half cup (125g)
  7. Salt as your taste
  8. 4 glassesWater
  9. Allu ka Burta Ingredients...!
  10. 4Potato big size
  11. 1onion slice
  12. 6-8Green chilli
  13. Salt as ur required
  14. 4 tbspoil
  15. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Khichri Method..!
    Heat Oil in a pot on a medium heat. Then add Onion & Green chilies.

    Fry Onions & green chilies until the raw smell of onions goes away.

  3. 3

    Then add drained Mix Daal (Pulses), rice and salt. Mix it

  4. 4

    Then pour 4 Glasses water. Stir well & taste the water. Add more salt if needed.

    Cook until Soft, adding more water if needed. Now Serve...

    Allu ka Burta Method..! Aik pan mein allu aur pani dal ke boil krlain aur jab boil hojy to use chil kar mash krlain.

    Phir aik fry pan mein oil dal ke us mein green chilli, onion dal ke fry krlain jab golden hojy to flame off krdain aur mash allu mein dal ke mix krain aur salt add kar ke achi tarha se mix krlain.

    Now allu ka burta is ready.😊😊😊
