Cooking Instructions

Cut your eggs and onions into tiny cubes

In a bowl, combine the egg, onion, mayo and white vinegar and mix well

Spread the butter on the outer part of the bread

Fill the egg mixture on one bread and cover with another

Toast until golden brown

Cut into 2 triangle shape with a sharp knife

Serve with tea or juice
