  2. 3Shallots, sliced
  3. 3clove Garlic, sliced
  4. 200 gChicken meat, cut
  5. 1 1/2cup Water
  6. 1/2 tspAJI-NO-MOTO®
  7. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 3Baby corn, cut
  9. 300 gSpinach, cut into 1 inch
  10. 1Tomato, cut
  11. 1/2 tspAJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper

Cara Memasak

    Heat the cooking oil, sauté the shallot and garlic until fragrant.

    Add in chicken and stir-fry until half cooked.

    Pour in water and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

    Add in baby corns and simmer until half cooked.

    Add in spinach and stir well until cooked.

    Add in tomato and sprinkle AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Mix well.
