  9. 120 gPitted Olives
  10. 75 gPiquillo peppers
  11. Garlic Powder
  12. Nutmeg
  13. White pepper

    The elaboration will be the same for the 2 types rolls.

    Place the ground meat in a bowl and add all the ingredients and spices.

    Here the example of the chicken meat roll.
    Wrap the dough obtained in plastic film and press it until it is a well-tight roll. Use several turns of film. Knot the ends so that the mixture does not escape.

    Here the example of the pork meat roll. Do two layers.
    Repeat the process.

    Immerse the roll in a wide saucepan with enough water and cook in the boiling water over a gentle heat for 45 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.

    Once it's cold is ready to eat. You can keep it in the refrigerator for a week.
