I added ginger and seseme seeds to the top of my cheese. There was a lot of water in the casserole dish after cooking. I thought the creme cheese was too much. If I make it again, I will use about 4 oz. I think that one cup of mozzarella would have been fine. It was good overall, but I will tweak the recipe next time.

@darren2 like a dish you would get at Applebee's. It's not great, not horrible, just okay. I think it was too watery and too much cheese. Maybe I did something wrong, but the chicken was idk soggy? Next time, I will season and grill the chicken and melt some sort of white cheese over top. Sauté the mushrooms and steam the spinach. Skip the creme cheese. Mix the mushrooms and spinnach together plate and put the chicken on top.
