Thanks for sharing the recipe Sonia. The soup is indeed surprisingly creamy. Detailed explanation in step 1 on how to handle the fennel was much appreciated, I hadn’t used this ingredient before. I had some left over Prosecco from my wife's birthday last week so added 200ml. Tasted great. Would cook again 👍
