yum! I was so excited when I finally got my pasta roller set that I could try this! I added a bit of salt and some basil to my dough! came out great and only my very first try at homemade pasta! Hubby and son were impressed and couldn't believe it had just been eggs and flour a few minutes before! thanks for all the pics and the youtube video ... helped a bunch!! :)
