Amazing. Added mirin and fish sauce to the marinade and noodles. Cooked the noodles with the pan drippings from the pork. And garnished with hot mustard. Total win for mother's day dinner... thank you

Ya. Admin is helping me with it now. I'd have never left pout fish sauce. I must have 15 different brands in my kitchen. I'd put it in pancakes of I thought I could get away with it!.
