Made double - ate half - and filled the other side with a homemade Raspberry Smoothie ( did blend frozen Raspberries, Yoghurt, Orange Juice, and bananas ) .

Thank you for try the recipe, Gary. Is Raspberry Smoothie also cooked with Corn Starch? If it is, it would look amazing when flipped out on a plate. Yesterday I made Blueberry Milk Jelly. I will post it now.

@hirokoliston Did not cook the Smoothie once I had made it. The homemade Raspberry Smoothie proved to be a liquid drink, so could strain the Raspberry Pips out of the Smoothie, I kept the Pips in my Raspberry Smoothie the sour sweet Smoothie goes well with the very sweet milk Jelly - is the first time I have ever made it - I appreciate your Recipe

There are some gelling agents to make jelly desserts. Corn Starch is the least known. It doesn't make crystal clear jellies, but it is easy to use. I am glad you liked it.
