This dessert was made by my sister-in-law for the family during the holidays. It was made using ingredients she could easily pull from local convenience stores as well. While she originally wanted to use Graham Crackers, she went on to use chocolate flavored crackers as a substitute since the convenience store ran out of Grahams.

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 20 pieceGraham Crackers
  2. 300 mlCondensed Milk (Thick)
  3. 1 1/2 cupAll Purpose Cream
  4. 5 pieceRipe Mangoes

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the mango slices. Use a spoon to make flat round pieces of the fleshy parts of the fruit.

    On a separate bowl, mix the Condensed Milk and All Purpose Cream together. This will be your creme mixture.

    Line the bottom of a medium rectangular pan with a layer of Graham Crackers.

  4. 4

    Put about 2 layers of the mango slices over the Graham base.

  5. 5

    Pour an ample amount of the creme mixture on the mango slices.

  6. 6

    Line another layer of Graham Crackers over the first layer of mangoes and repeat steps 4 and 5 to complete the second layer.

  7. 7

    Freeze (time varies depending on your freezer), slice and enjoy!
