quick question, can I substitute icing sugar with the normal sugar if I don't have icing sugar?

Hey dear.. The cookies will turn out so hard ... I tried too and it wasn't good. That's when I decided to use icing sugar n was perfect.

I would advise you to use icing sugar since it dissolves easily in the flour...
