This was extremely good! Today it’s really hot in Greece, we are talking about 40+° C, and this was the perfect lunch. No fuss, no cooking, cool and light. I used paprika from Spain that @tesa_cuina sent me. Thank you both for this trip to Spain 🥰

Yes share it how perfect! When on holiday in Greece August ! I actually bought a mini collapsable roller carrier to bring back water from the shop ! I miss sun ! 12 degrees today 😢
