First time making a carrot cake and this tastes amazing! Forget to take a pict of the cream cheese though. So, long time ago when I first tried a carrot cake (from a bakery shop), it was always the cream cheese that make it good. But this is so delicious even without the cream cheese. Will be our new favorite comfort cake! Thank you!
