Tastes pretty good. A lot like the heinz 57 poultry sauce. The glaze thinned out an awful lot so at the end of cooking I seperated the glaze mixed it again and spooned over pork chops evenly amd broiled it for a few minutes to thicken it up...will try again with a little tweaking
