Spaghetti Squash Boats

I cooked the spaghetti squash as directed. However, my filling was diced mushroom, sliced cherry tomatoes, diced green onions, Italian turkey sausage, and and some of the squash. Then I filled each boat, I sprinkled with cheese and let melt in oven.
