
My husband loved this! I did it slightly different, as I didn't have cooked rice, so I used 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs. I also wanted extra mushrooms so I sauteed about 8 oz. with 2 tbsp butter for about 4 minutes before adding the milk and can of cream of mushroom soup. I also baked the meatballs at 350° for 20 minutes instead of frying and then added them to the sauce before pouring over cooked pasta. Yum!! I love your recipes :-)
