Thanks for your recipe..My version of steam Dahi wada with No-Oil cooking method. Dahi vada is a high protein diet and is very healthy option, however the oil in the vada is very harmful. Lets keep our dahi vada healthy by not adding any oil and without sacrificing your taste. They also known as Non Fried Dahi Vadas recipe. Hope you like it😊

Wonderful! So you steamed the rolls, right? But then i guess you made with lentils. How did you like it. It's true that we kill the protein by dipping it in hot oil.

Yes dear..i made it with mix lentils then steamed it..soaked in water for 5 min.....afterwards used all the dips & chutnies over it...yummy and very healthy 😊
