To be totally honest I really did not measure it. I eye balled it. If I had to estimate it I'd say 1/2 to 1 cup of sour cream and the vanilla 1-2 teaspoon.

I have now made this recipe at least 4 times now. I made 2 cakes last night and I used about 1 cup sour cream and 2 teaspoons of vanilla.

Omg Thank You!!! I appreciate the compliment😁. I must admit I did have some coaching from my Oma (Grandma). She's the type of baker that doesn't really provide measurements. Its "add a lil bit of this and a lil bit of that". 😋🤣😉
