
I just happened to have all ingredients. I think it turned out quite well. It’s actually so easy to prepare, probably 10 minutes. I only had to simmer it away for a half hour since the chicken was already boneless.

I have bookmarked it. I used Indonesian Randang since I didn’t have the Garam
masala. I think it has a similar flavor. It’s delicious. The cayene is a great addition for the heat.
