The recipe calls for two tbsps of balsamic vinegar but doesn't say when to add. Also 1/2 aged Asiago? 1/2 of what? Cup, tbls.? I can only assume 1/2 cup. What needs to meld together? The sauce was made 2 days ago and has melded.
