Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 gramsMutton
  2. 2Tomatoes medium
  3. 2 tspchilli powder
  4. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspGaram masala
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dry well mutton pieces.

    Marinate the mutton with chopped tomato, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, Garam masala and salt

  3. 3

    Marinate for 1 hour. After 1 hour.

    Heat a cooker. Add oil and once oil heated add marinated mutton pieces add little water and cook untill soft. 4 whistles are good.

    Once cooked. Transfer to another vessel. Cook in low Flame until gravy becomes thicker.

    Mutton semi gravy is ready to serve.
